Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Prospect Finder ("the Platform") is a lead management and agency recruitment tool that helps licensed insurance agents find prospects, manage outreach, schedule discovery calls, and publish marketing materials. By creating an account or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Accounts are individual — you may not share your login credentials with others. Admins can invite new users and assign roles. Only licensed insurance agents should represent themselves as such on their public profiles.

Prospect Finder runs on lead credits: 1 credit = 1 lead, whether you find the lead in the Prospect Finder or it is delivered from the Lead Pool. Credits are bought in one-time packs or added automatically by a monthly subscription that renews each billing cycle until cancelled, and credits never expire. Admin accounts have free access to the Prospect Finder. Payments are processed securely via Base44 Payments, and you are always charged the price shown at checkout. Admin-issued coupon codes are non-transferable, can be redeemed only once, and grant credits. Refunds are granted at the discretion of the Platform administrator. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount for the selected product.

The Prospect Finder uses AI-assisted web research to identify publicly available information about individuals who may be interested in insurance services or agency opportunities. By using this tool, you agree to:

• Use discovered information only for legitimate, compliant outreach.
• Respect all applicable telemarketing, email, and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA).
• Not use the tool to harass, discriminate, or contact individuals who have opted out.
• Understand that results are generated from public sources and may not always be accurate or current.
• Not resell or redistribute prospect data to third parties.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide: name, email, phone, location, license number, bio, and profile details when you register or set up your agent profile.
• Prospect data: names, emails, phone numbers, and interest signals generated by the Prospect Finder or submitted through public lead forms.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and feature usage to improve the Platform.
• Payment data: transaction records processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Calendar data: when you connect Google Calendar, we access your event data solely to schedule and sync discovery calls and prevent double bookings.

Your information is used to:

• Provide and personalize your agent dashboard, profile, and wall.
• Assign and manage leads, schedule calls, and track outreach activity.
• Sync discovery calls to your connected Google Calendar.
• Generate AI-powered brochures and outreach messages.
• Send you notifications about new leads, replies, and follow-up reminders.
• Process payments and verify coupon redemptions.
• Administer the Platform, including role management and lead transfers by admins.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Prospect data is visible to the assigned agent and Platform admins only. Other agents cannot see leads that are not assigned to them.

Your account data and prospect records are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the Platform administrator. You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your settings. Admins can export or delete prospect data as needed for compliance.

Brochures, outreach messages, and prospect research are generated using AI models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated material before sending it to prospects or publishing it to your wall. The Platform is not liable for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Prospect Finder.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For questions about these Terms, please contact the Platform administrator.
